New board members to Formue AS
Formue AS has strengthened the board with two foreign board members; British Sebastian Dovey and Danish Marlene Nørgaard Carolus, both with extensive expertise within the wealth management industry.
When Formue, back in 2020, presented a business plan for 2025, we did so with the purpose of delivering the best advisory services for our customers, achieve significant growth in Sweden and search for expansion opportunities in the Nordic region. Bringing on two new board members increases our chances of reaching and exceeding our goals.
Sebastian Dovey has been a strategic advisor to Formue since 2012. He is one of the founders of Scorpio Partnership, a global wealth management consultancy business which was acquired by Aon PLC. Afterwards he has assumed several non-executive board roles at financial services-focused corporates in the United Kingdom and strategic advisory firms in the United States.
Over the past three decades, Marlene Nørgaard Carolus has held several C-level positions in Nordic and European banks within Investment Banking and Private Wealth Management, combined with a career as a professional board member. Carolus has also earned a spot on the list of the 100 most influential women in Denmark.
The new board of Formue now consists of Harald Mowinckel Troye (Chairman) Einar Sunde, Magdalena Svensson, Marlene Nørgaard Carolus, Ole Jacob Sunde, Peter Berglund og Seb Dovey.
Alexander Heiberg resigns from Formue AS to become a board member of Formue AB.
